Working from home meant we could vary snack and coffee breaks, change our desks or view, goof off, drink on the job, even spend the day in pajamas

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Hello beautiful people! My name is Ace. I have been a certified personal trainer for 2 years now, but the gym has been apart of my life for as long as I can remember. I started my fitness journey when I was introduced to the sport of boxing at the age of 12. The passion for the sport taught me a lot of disciplines that I still find myself using to this day. That same passion has carried over to helping others find happiness in life and feeling good about themselves. I am a strong believer that when you feel good you naturally excel. I understand the difficulty of not wanting to train, but still finding the motivation to push through and getting the job done. Achieving a goal never happens over night, there are times when doubt sets in, and the finish line looks farther and farther away. With this in mind, I personally try and make each workout as entertaining, fun and cooperative as possible. Instead of the gym feeling like a chore it becomes something you look forward to. My ultimate goal as a trainer, is to equip the people I train with the tools and motivation they need to one day continue their fitness journey without me and live a fulfilling life.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading source="post_title" font_container="tag:h2|font_size:18|text_align:center" use_theme_fonts="yes"][vc_column_text]Initially I wanted to be a nurse coming out high school.  After 2 years in college I realized it wasn't the career I wanted to pursue, so I had to think about what I really wanted to do.The reason I wanted to be a nurse was because I got injured in high school and I just knew I wanted to help people with their injuries. After deeper thought, I realized that I didn't want anybody to feel the same way when I got injured. I ran track and field in high school and had high hopes for myself, but when I got injured those hopes were more or less shattered. I felt like my body failed me. That thought alone changed my perspective, I knew I didn't want anybody to feel that same way.I changed my major from Nursing to Exercise and Wellness so I can learn more about training concepts, to help people learn about their body and what it is capable of doing. With limitations of course, your body works for you not against you. As long as as your training the right way, you can accomplish whatever you put your mind to, I'm just here to help you accomplish it!I  also continued to follow my passion of Track and Field and have been a Sprint Coach since 2017. In hopes of teaching athletes how to be fast in whatever sport they play, and to the best of my ability keep them injury free so their body can take them wherever they want to go.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
