Reggie Randle Jr. – Personal Trainer

Initially I wanted to be a nurse coming out high school.  After 2 years in college I realized it wasn’t the career I wanted to pursue, so I had to think about what I really wanted to do.

The reason I wanted to be a nurse was because I got injured in high school and I just knew I wanted to help people with their injuries. After deeper thought, I realized that I didn’t want anybody to feel the same way when I got injured. I ran track and field in high school and had high hopes for myself, but when I got injured those hopes were more or less shattered. I felt like my body failed me. That thought alone changed my perspective, I knew I didn’t want anybody to feel that same way.

I changed my major from Nursing to Exercise and Wellness so I can learn more about training concepts, to help people learn about their body and what it is capable of doing. With limitations of course, your body works for you not against you. As long as as your training the right way, you can accomplish whatever you put your mind to, I’m just here to help you accomplish it!

I  also continued to follow my passion of Track and Field and have been a Sprint Coach since 2017. In hopes of teaching athletes how to be fast in whatever sport they play, and to the best of my ability keep them injury free so their body can take them wherever they want to go.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Hey what’s going on! My name is Gustavo I’m a personal/private trainer here at SMTF. I have 4 years of experience in bodybuilding and 2 years of experience as a trainer. Although that may not seem like a very long time one thing I can say is I absolutely love what I do and find joy in helping others reach their goals and my results show for that! I enjoy horror movies and absolutely love the beach, aside from lifting I find peace in small walks and reading up on some books, after all , your body is only as strong as your mind![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]What's Up! My name is Cade Lyman, certified personal trainer here at Self Made. Prior to Self Made, I was a personal trainer at Crunch Fitness where I decided to take a leap of faith to take the private trainer route, now I'm here. I first started weight training at 13 years old, but a true passion for fitness didn't arise till I was 21. In the Fall '19 semester at Cal Poly Pomona, I decided I wanted to make a change for myself and so I started working out again. I wasn't working out on a daily basis, however. Like many people out there, I decided to turn things around on January 1st. At the start of 2020, I made a resolution that I'd work out consistently. From that point on, there was no turning back.I am a graduate from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. I went to school envisioning myself pursuing a career in the marketing field upon graduation. After graduating, I took a year off to decide what it was that I truly wanted to do. I have a true passion for fitness and helping others, so becoming a personal trainer sounded like the perfect fit. The spark inside me arose when I would be approached at the gym by people asking if I was a trainer and wanting advice from me. I decided to get a training certificate and now here I am.I always wanted to be able to help change lives and what better way than through fitness. My goal is to help others learn the basic fundamentals of exercise and how to train properly in order to avoid injury, but also to gain muscle while losing fat simultaneously. Being in the gym and working out was always about being healthy, looking good, and overall just feeling better about myself and gaining confidence. I want to be able to help others regain confidence and become the best version of themselves possible like I did myself.Work hard, be consistent, and stay disciplined. The results will follow.I offer 1 on 1 training, group training, and online coaching. Whether your goal is to shed fat, gain muscle, improve endurance, or tone up, I'm the guy! Let's get to work!Send me a message or follow me on Instagram for more information and to get you set up with either in person or online training![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
