Hi Im a certified Nasm Personal trainer at Self Made Training Facility. I’ve been training for 2 years and been weight training for 8 years. I’m trying to help all of those willing to make the difference and changes in their fitness journey. I specialize in body building, strength training, calisthenics, weight loss, and strength and conditioning. I want clients who are committed with sticking to a program to really make the difference they want to see. It’s an investment, but an investment in yourself. I am here to guide you, help answer questions, and push you to seeing the results you want to. Without a doubt if you follow the program you will be more than satisfied with the change we can make in 12 weeks. I will give you the tools you need, but with that being said its up to you to use them wisely. I hope we can get started soon.

At a young age I travelled the world, experiencing my dad impacting thousands of people while playing professional soccer. He was a legend, so many people looked up to him, it was so inspiring! Naturally I had an interest and started playing at the age of 4 where it then led me to playing at an elite level. My plans were to follow in my dads footsteps and play professionally. That dream changed in 2012, when I was in a car accident.Shortly after healing, I eagerly started working out again. As I naturally would share my fitness journey or “comeback” I happened to notice the inspiration and feedback I was receiving from people. I instantly had a sudden desire and fell in love with the idea of helping other women on their own fitness journey, whatever that may look like. I just knew that’s what I wanted to do. Being an elite athlete for so many years I know what hard work and disciple looks like, but I also know how it feels and what it takes to get there. This is a lifestyle change all around, mentally and physically.So, for the last 7 years I turned my passion into purpose and have helped many women on their fitness journey.
