Welcome, my name is, Andres Villanueva! I am excited to be your personal trainer and help you reach your fitness goals in a safe, healthy, and sustainable way. My primary goal for my clients is to introduce fitness in a deliberate way to empower them through strength and gain confidence to live a happier and healthier pain-free life. With earning my Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology/Exercise science and over 7 years of in-person experience, I have successfully helped countless of individuals adopt fitness into their busy lifestyle. My clients and I have accomplished this through proper strength training/conditioning and structuring their current eating habits in a more sustainable way. So that means no more bouncing from diet to diet. We will figure out what works best for you! I am passionate about helping others in the Rancho Cucamonga area achieve their goals, and that’s what Andres Villanueva Fitness is all about! I believe that a supported community is key to success. That is what I aim to create. Everyone has the potential to be their best selves. Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, or are a seasoned athlete, I am here to help you reach your goals.

We will start by scheduling your FREE personal training consultation. During your consultation I will tailor an individual program to fit your needs.
I offer several personal training programs. Each individual is different, so I provide one on one training, semi-private, and online personal training.

After deeper thought, I realized that I didn't want anybody to feel the same way when I got injured. I ran track and field in high school and had high hopes for myself, but when I got injured those hopes were more or less shattered. I felt like my body failed me. That thought alone changed my perspective, I knew I didn't want anybody to feel that same way.I changed my major from Nursing to Exercise and Wellness so I can learn more about training concepts, to help people learn about their body and what it is capable of doing. With limitations of course, your body works for you not against you. As long as as your training the right way, you can accomplish whatever you put your mind to, I'm just here to help you accomplish it!I  also continued to follow my passion of Track and Field and have been a Sprint Coach since 2017. In hopes of teaching athletes how to be fast in whatever sport they play, and to the best of my ability keep them injury free so their body can take them wherever they want to go.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
