I started my fitness journey when I was introduced to the sport of boxing at the age of 12. The passion for the sport taught me a lot of disciplines that I still find myself using to this day. That same passion has carried over to helping others find happiness in life and feeling good about themselves. I am a strong believer that when you feel good you naturally excel. I understand the difficulty of not wanting to train, but still finding the motivation to push through and getting the job done. Achieving a goal never happens over night, there are times when doubt sets in, and the finish line looks farther and farther away. With this in mind, I personally try and make each workout as entertaining, fun and cooperative as possible. Instead of the gym feeling like a chore it becomes something you look forward to.
