Personal Trainer in Rancho Cucamonga Specializes in weight gain, weight loss, endurance and athletic training. I am a former Div 1 athlete and I LOVE to get after it with my clients. I also am a strength and conditioning coach at the high school level where I teach. I have had the pleasure of working with people of all ages and backgrounds. There is not a “one size fits all” approach to training. Each person should have a program that is set to meet their specific needs.
