Reggie Randle Jr. – Personal Trainer
Initially I wanted to be a nurse coming out high school. After 2 years in college I realized it wasn’t the career I wanted to pursue, so I had to think about what I really wanted to do.
The reason I wanted to be a nurse was because I got injured in high school and I just knew I wanted to help people with their injuries. After deeper thought, I realized that I didn’t want anybody to feel the same way when I got injured. I ran track and field in high school and had high hopes for myself, but when I got injured those hopes were more or less shattered. I felt like my body failed me. That thought alone changed my perspective, I knew I didn’t want anybody to feel that same way.
I changed my major from Nursing to Exercise and Wellness so I can learn more about training concepts, to help people learn about their body and what it is capable of doing. With limitations of course, your body works for you not against you. As long as as your training the right way, you can accomplish whatever you put your mind to, I’m just here to help you accomplish it!
I also continued to follow my passion of Track and Field and have been a Sprint Coach since 2017. In hopes of teaching athletes how to be fast in whatever sport they play, and to the best of my ability keep them injury free so their body can take them wherever they want to go.
